We elevate aircraft presentation through precision detailing and uncompromising standards—delivered with efficiency, discretion, and respect for the craft of flight.
[ About ]■
We provide aircraft detailing for owners and operators who demand uncompromising standards. Our approach blends aviation-grade precision, disciplined process, and meticulous care—delivering full interior and exterior detailing, stain removal, deep cleaning, and presentation-level finishes. Whether servicing jets or turboprops, every surface is treated with technical rigor and discretion, ensuring your aircraft reflects the performance and professionalism it was built to represent.
Detailing Services
Simple exterior cleaning to restore the shine
Exterior Wipe Down
Dry cleaning and spot treatment of all exterior surfaces to remove bugs, grease, exhaust soot, oil residue, and light environmental contamination accumulated since the last full wash. Includes hand wipe-down of leading edges, nose, engine inlets/cowling areas, landing gear doors, and high-contact panels using approved aviation-safe cleaners and microfiber materials. This service is intended to maintain appearance and reduce buildup between scheduled full aircraft washes; it does not replace a full soap-and-water wash or polishing service.
Interior Clean
Simple interior cleaning of regularly used surfaces
Perform a comprehensive interior detail, beginning with a full vacuum of carpets, seat tracks, floor panels, baggage areas, and all crevices using aviation-approved equipment; thoroughly clean and sanitize all hard surfaces including sidewalls, tray tables, armrests, bulkheads, galleys, lavatory fixtures, and cockpit touchpoints with manufacturer-approved, non-corrosive cleaners; carefully wipe down and condition all leather seating and upholstered surfaces using appropriate leather-safe products to remove soils while preserving finish and suppleness; and clean all interior glass, windows, mirrors, and display screens with streak-free, ammonia-free solutions, ensuring no overspray contacts avionics or sensitive components, leaving the cabin sanitized, dust-free, and presentation-ready.
Exterior Wash
Wet wash of entire exterior to restore full shine
Perform a complete exterior aircraft detail beginning with an approved full wet wash of all exterior surfaces to safely remove dirt, insects, exhaust residue, and environmental contaminants; thoroughly clean the fuselage, wings, empennage, engine nacelles, landing gear, wheel wells, and accessible control surfaces in accordance with manufacturer and airport environmental guidelines; give special attention to leading edges, flap tracks, and other high-accumulation areas while protecting static ports, pitot tubes, and other sensitive components; then complete a full dry of the entire aircraft to eliminate water spotting and residue, leaving all painted surfaces, brightwork, and exterior glass clean, dry, and presentation-ready.
Interior Detail
Detail all interior surfaces visible and hidden
Perform a comprehensive interior aircraft detail beginning with a full vacuum of carpets, floor panels, seat tracks, baggage compartments, and all accessible and concealed crevices; deep clean and treat stains on carpeting, upholstery, and soft surfaces as required; thoroughly clean and sanitize all hard surfaces including sidewalls, tray tables, armrests, bulkheads, galleys, lavatory fixtures, cabinetry, and cockpit touchpoints; carefully wipe down and condition all leather seating and upholstered components to restore appearance and maintain finish; clean interior glass, mirrors, window reveals, and display screens to a streak-free finish; and address hidden and high-touch areas such as under cushions, inside compartments, and along trim lines to ensure the cabin is fully refreshed, detailed, and presentation-ready.

Andreas Sauter
Andreas Sauter represents a rare blend of traditional material understanding and modern precision engineering. His foundation in timber construction—where craftsmanship meets CNC robotics—reflects a lifelong respect for material, machinery, and performance. For him, wood is not just a building element; it is a living material that demands accuracy, discipline, and technical fluency to fully express its strength and beauty.
That same precision-driven mindset extends beyond timber. Andreas’ passion for high-performance cars and aircraft mirrors his approach to fabrication: mechanical systems engineered with intention, refined through detail, and elevated through care. The intersection of robotics, machining, and structural integrity in timber construction naturally aligns with the engineering sophistication found in automotive and aviation design.
Detailing cars and aircraft became a natural extension of that philosophy. It is not merely cleaning—it is preservation, respect, and proximity to machines built at the highest level of performance. Through detailing, Andreas applies the same discipline and exacting standards he brings to CNC timber engineering, allowing him to engage closely with the craftsmanship, engineering, and mechanical artistry that have always inspired him.
